Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may return of our packaging materials. Please read this policy carefully. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Damaged Packaging
If the packaging materials are damaged upon receipt by the customer, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost. Customers must notify us of the damage within 24-48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic or video evidence of the damage. If any return it should be done within 7 working days.

2. Incorrect Packaging
If incorrect packaging materials are shipped to the customer due to an error on our part, we will send the correct packaging materials at no additional charge. Customers must notify us of any discrepancies within 24-48 hours of receiving the package.

3. Defective Packaging
If the packaging materials are defective, such as leaks, tears, or other issues compromising their functionality, customers may return the items for exchange. Customers must notify us of any defects within 2 days of receiving the package.

4. Return Instructions 
To initiate a return or request a refund for packaging materials, customers must contact our customer service team at orders@kitpak.in to obtain a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

5. Conditions for Returns & Refunds
Packaging materials must be returned unused, to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. we don't give refunds. we can exchange the defective or damaged goods only.

We do not offer cash refunds, bank refunds, or refunds in any other form for any product. Only an exchange will be provided if the conditions of the Exchange Policies are met.
